SALES CONDITIONS FOR ABROAD
Jolly Shop is responsible for
shipping using an express courier.
Goods include wrapping and
packaging.
For shipments abroad please fill
out the required form and we will forward the estimate with
shipping charges according to your country.
To forward goods to a third party
it is necessary to fill out the order form -third party-
indicating name and address of the person to which you wish to
forward goods and if needed a short message. Goods
mailed will be forwarded with an invoice.
PAYMENT
For payments from abroad Jolly
Shop utilises Visa and Mastercard credit cards using
"server sicuro" Sella Bank.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
All information given to us will
be held strictly confidential. Therefore we stress
that no information will be used for advertising purposes.
Information will be used strictly
for sending news regarding novelties, offers and advertisement to
improve our services, unless otherwise notified.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
According to Italian and European
laws (D.Lgs. 185, May 22, 1999) for consumer's protection.
The consumer has the right to refuse the goods purchased with
no penalty or motive, within 10 working days after
receiving said item.
Refund Procedures:
1) Forward an e-mail to info@jollyshop.com
with your data and code number of items purchased with a note
stating the desire to return said goods.
2) Forward a fax to
+39-071-7202992 with your data and code number of items
purchased with a note stating the desire to return said goods.
3) Your request for refund must
be sent to our address within 10 days of receiving the goods.
4) Undamaged, returned items must
be in original wrapping, and consumer will be responsibile for
all shipping charges.
5) Jolly Shop must refund money
paid by consumer inside of 30 days of receiving notice from
consumer of their wish to return purchased goods.
For eventual controversies all
legal matters are handled by the Court of Ancona (Italy)
